DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (AIM: GDG), the Chinese vertically integrated gas business, announces that it was notified on 27 February 2009 that David Turnbull, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital) on 27 February 2009 at a price of US$4.55 per share.
