Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed today that Mr. Brian Reay, a director of a subsidiary company, purchased 6075 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 27 January 2009 at a price of 80p per share. Mr. Brian Reay now has a beneficial interest in 8,575 ordinary shares in the Company being 0.04 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
