The Company was notified on 23 August 2021, that Kerry McCann, a PCA with Richard McCann, Director, sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an aggregated price of £18.83 per ordinary share.
Following this notification, Mr McCann and his Person Closely Associated (PCA) have a reportable shareholding of 4,661,582 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 3.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
