The Company has been notified that on 27th October 2010, John Wilson, Divisional Managing Director of Elektron Technology, acquired 23,197 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 38.55 pence per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Wilson is now interested in 23,197 ordinary shares in Elektron, which represents 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
