Director/PDMR Shareholding
Melrose has been notified today that, David Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, has today transferred 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Susan Thomas, for nil consideration.
There is no change to David Thomas's beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital, which, following this notification, remains at 82,000 ordinary shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital.
