21 July 2014, IXICO plc (Ticker: IXI) ('IXICO' or the 'Company'), the brain health company, announces that it was notified on 21 July 2014 that, on the same day, Charles Spicer, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 19,267 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in IXICO at a price of 51.9 pence per Ordinary Share. As a consequence of this share purchase Charles Spicer has a total holding of 62,078 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
