Director Shareholding
Parkmead reports that it has been notified by Ian Rawlinson, Non-Executive Director, that on Friday 28 February 2014 the trustees of a discretionary family trust of which Mr. Rawlinson and his family are beneficiaries, sold 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at an average price of £2.6375 per share, as part of estate and tax planning. Pursuant to this transaction, the discretionary trust retains a holding of 286,644 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.33 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
