PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Tesco PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 23 April 2019, the Trustees of the Plan purchased Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Plan's Partnership Share Scheme on behalf of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:
