Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rensburg Sheppards plc has today, 11 June 2009, received notification of the following transactions carried out as of today: 

David Bulteel, a director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 480 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Bulteel now has a beneficial interest in 38,129 ordinary shares, representing 0.087 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
