Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or "the Company"), the UK based energy solutions company, today announces that the Company has received notification that Stephen Gutteridge, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence on 22 July 2011 at a price of 15.5 pence per share. Following the purchase Stephen Gutteridge owns a total of 204,166 ordinary shares which equates to 0.13 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
