Director Shareholding

The Company announces that following shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on 23 November 2011, 1,051,170 ordinary shares of no par value were issued to Brendan Dow, Managing Director for nil consideration on 28 November 2011 under the CFCL Directors and Employee Benefits Plan. Half of the shares (525,585 shares) are subject to an escrow agreement under which the shares may not be sold or transferred until 20 June 2012.

Mr. Dow's total shareholding now comprises 1,725,170 ordinary shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital.

Application has been made for the 1,051,170 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on 2nd December 2011.

Following the issue of shares to Mr Dow, the company now has 1,263,628,585 ordinary shares in issue.
