Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1, Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Limited announces that the following ordinary shares were acquired by the Directors of the Company via the recent open offer.

Mr Paul Orchard- Lisle purchased 9,275 ordinary shares at 64.69p representing 0.0068% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Mr Paul Orchard-Lisle is now the beneficial holder of a total of 34,275 ordinary shares representing 0.0251% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Richard Barfield purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 64.69p representing 0.0073% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Mr Richard Barfield is now the beneficial holder of a total of 40,000 ordinary shares representing 0.0293% of the Company's issued share capital.
