In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Quarto announces that it has today received notice that Jess Burley, Non-Executive Director, purchased 3,300 shares of common stock of $0.10 each ('Shares') in Quarto at a price of 150p per share on 23 December 2014.

Following this transaction Jess Burley holds Shares representing 0.02% of Quarto's issued share capital.
