Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 3 July 2015 that John Fitzgerald, an executive director, sold 100,000 shares on 3 July 2015 at 427p per share. The sale was required to fulfil some personal financial commitments. Following this transaction, Mr Fitzgerald retains 282,718 shares in the Company, representing 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights. In addition, Mr Fitzgerald holds 33,000 share options.
