Transfer of shares into ISA

Crossrider, a next generation digital advertising group specialising in monetising web and mobile media through the use of big data, announces that it has received notification of a transfer by Martin Blair, a non-executive director of the Company, and his spouse, Rosalind Blair of their shares in the Company into their ISAs.

On 26 November 2014, Martin Blair and his spouse, Rosalind Blair purchased 19,417 ordinary shares of US$000.1 each in the Company ("Shares") into their respective ISAs at a price of 110p per Share and simultaneously sold 19,417 Shares at a price of 110p per Share.

As a result of these transactions both Martin Blair and his spouse, Rosalind Blair's combined holding of 19,417 Shares remains unchanged, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
