Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rensburg Sheppards plc has today, 29 December 2009, received notification of the following transaction carried out today: 

David Bulteel, a director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 615 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Bulteel now has a beneficial interest in 39,129 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.089 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
