Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") Shareholding

As part of the recently announced Placing, Steven Posford and Nigel Hurst-Brown, both non-executive directors of the Company, acquired 805,000 and 200,000 placing shares respectively. The placing shares were priced at 50 pence each and were admitted to trading at 8.00 a.m. on 15 December 2009. Steven Posford and his family now hold a total of 27,500,000 shares equal to 6.4% of the Company's issued share capital and Nigel Hurst-Brown now holds a total of 1,530,000 shares equal to 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
