Director's Shareholding
The Company today announces that Mr Craig Smith, the Finance Director of the Company, on 14 August 2008 acquired 36,808 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 27 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Smith is beneficially interested in 86,808 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
