Director's Dealings
The Board of Elektron was notified yesterday that Keith Daley, Chairman, yesterday purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.625 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Daley is now interested in 2,800,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.2 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
