Pochin's PLC12 December 2005 Pochin's PLC (the 'Company') Director Shareholding The Company was notified on 09 December 2005 that Mr. D R R Pochin, a directorof the Company, on the same date completed the sale of 9,000 ordinary shares of25p each in the Company at a price of 371p per share to finance the simultaneousexercise of 9,000 options in the Company at a price of 121p.
