NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company has been advised that Mark Fane and Andy Pomfret, both Directors of the Company, purchased shares in the Company today.

Mr Fane bought 3,700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 500 pence per share, which represents 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Mr Fane has a total interest of 142,650 shares in the Company which represents 0.196% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Pomfret bought 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 500 pence per share, which represents 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Mr Pomfret has a total interest of 20,000 shares in the Company which represents 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital.
