Directors Shareholding
The Company has today been notified of the sale on 10 October 2011 by Mrs. Natasha Hanna, the wife of Frank Hanna, the Company's Group Commercial Director, of 34,902 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 23 pence per share. Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Mr Frank Hanna is 1,228,905 Shares representing 2.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
