Director's shareholding
The Company was notified on 2 December 2011 that, on the same day, Noah Franklin, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in Elektron at a price of 19.625 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Franklin is interested in 325,000 ordinary shares in Elektron representing approximately 0.31 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
