Notification made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified on 25 February 2011 that Federico Marescotti, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 2,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC on 25 February 2011 at a price of 330 pence per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Federico Marescotti now holds 2,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
