The Company was informed on 8 April 2015 that The Peter Lawrence and Family Charitable Trust (No. 1159531) has, on 1 April 2016, been gifted, at nil consideration, 70,425 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Peter Lawrence and family.

After this transfer, Peter Lawrence and his family's current beneficial interests in the Company remains unchanged at 11,397,030 Ordinary Shares or 17.8% of the current issued share capital.
