AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Friday, 8 September 2017, Mr Dave Wheeldon, PDMR of the Company, sold 806 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.556 pence per share, at a price of £24.829 per share and re-purchased 800 shares at £24.83. In addition, Mr Wheeldon's wife, Mrs Gaynor Wheeldon, sold 808 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.556 pence per share, at a price of £24.778 per share and re-purchased 802 shares at £24.78.

Following this, Mr Wheeldon beneficially owns 73,556 ordinary shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital and holds options over 35,457 shares.
