Directors share dealings

The Company was advised on 1 May 2009 of the following transactions in the Ordinary Shares of the Company (the "Shares") by Messrs Laurie Beevers and David Youngman, directors of the Company:

Laurie Beevers disposed of 559,775 Shares and following the transaction continues to have an interest in 1,309,158 Shares, representing 6.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.

David Youngman disposed of 559,775 Shares and following the transaction continues to have an interest in 899,085 Shares, representing 4.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.
