Director Shareholding

Marechale Capital received notification on 9 February 2011 that, on that date, Mr. Mark Warde-Norbury, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased on behalf of his SIPP 121,212 ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.88 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Warde-Norbury's beneficial interest in the Company is 4,430,488 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.34 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
