Director's Dealings 

Fairpoint announces that it was notified on 23 July 2008 that, on 9 July 2008, Hanover Investors Management (Cayman) Limited bought 30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 32p per share. Matthew Peacock, a non-executive director of the Company, is a Director and Shareholder of Hanover Investors Management (Cayman) Limited. Following this purchase Mr Peacock, has a beneficial interest in 30,000 shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
