Titon Holdings PLC22 September 2006 Titon Holdings Plc ("the Company") DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING The Company was notified that Mr. C Jarvis, a director of the Company, sold6,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr CMartin, also a director of the Company, on 21 September 2006. The transactionprice was £1.21 pence per Ordinary Share.
