The Company has been notified that on 23 March 2010 Mr James Lugg, a director of the Company, transferred 3,999,960 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9 pence per share to Venture International FM Limited, a Company 100% owned by Mr Lugg. As a result his beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged at 3,999,960 ordinary shares, representing 12.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
