Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 104.5p per share on Wednesday 23rd July 2008 and a further 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 115p per share today. 

Following these transactions, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 160,890 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.5% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
