The Company has today been notified that on 21 August 2017 Martin Thompson, a Director of the Company, sold 600 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1762.0p per Share.
In addition, the Company has today been notified that on 21 August 2017, Emily Ledingham Thompson, the wife of Martin Thompson, a Director of the Company, sold 600 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1762.0p per Share.
As a result, Martin Thompson's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 1,200 Shares.
