Director dealing

David Firth, Finance Director, today informed the Company that he had bought 5,000 shares in the Company, on behalf of and registered to immediate family members, at 110 pence per share on 11 June 2010.

Following the acquisition of these shares, David Firth's beneficial interest in Penna shares will be 11,460 shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company.
