1 May 2009 Personal Group Holdings plc (`the Company') DIRECTORATE UPDATE

Further to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules, Personal Group Holdings plc has been informed by Christopher Curling, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 30 April 2009 Bioganix plc, a company of which Mr Curling was a non-executive director, was placed into compulsory liquidation on the application of the Directors.
