Board Change

PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS" or "the Group") announces the resignation of Terry Wilcox, main board Director of PROACTIS, with immediate effect.

Following the establishing of the PROACTIS brand and the business in the US, Mr Wilcox has resigned to pursue his other business interests.

Rod Jones, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
