Appointment of Director

The board of directors of Patagonia Gold (the "Board") is pleased to announce that, further to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries, as announced on 21 April 2015, Mr Christopher van Tienhoven has been appointed to the Board as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from completion of the Company's annual general meeting today.
