EMBLAZE LTD (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or the "Company") DIRECTORATE CHANGE Herzeliya, Israel, 13 January 2014. Mr Amnon Ben-Shay, who was appointed as a director of the Company on 14 August2013, yesterday submitted his resignation to the board of directors of Emblaze(the "Board") due to his other commitments preventing him from fulfilling therequirements of his position as a director. Mr Ben-Shay's resignation shalltake immediate effect.
