Management Consulting Group PLC13 October 2006 Management Consulting Group PLC Directorate Change Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Group" or "MCG") announces that MarkCurrie, Finance Director of MCG has decided to leave the Group. He will stepdown from the board with immediate effect, but will remain available to assistthe Group in certain matters until the end of the year. A search for hissuccessor is underway. In the interim, Mr Currie's duties are being assumed bysenior colleagues in the finance team.
