Resignation of Non-executive Director

Tangent announces that Alan Smith has resigned and will step down as a non-executive director of the Company on 1 February 2013. The Company has retained head hunters to recruit a further non-executive director to strengthen the board and will update the market in due course.

Alan Smith said "I have enjoyed serving on the Tangent board and I wish the team the very best as they continue to grow and shape the business."

Michael Green, non-executive chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Alan for his wise counsel during Tangent's formative years and I wish him well for the future."
