Directorate Change
The board of directors (the "Board") of Xplorer plc (LSE: XPL), the LSE Main Market listed investing company, announces that Roger Tucker has informed the Board of his decision to stand down as Chairman of the Company and depart the Board with immediate effect in order to allow him to focus on his primary business interests.
The Board would like to thank Roger for his time served as a director of the company. A new chairman will be appointed on completion of the Proposed Acquisition, as announced and defined on 18 December 2014.
