New Star Investment Trust plc (‘Company’) announces that Mr Marcus Gregson, a non-executive Director of the Company, retired from the Board on 15th September 2017.

Mr Howard-Spink, Chairman of the Company, expresses his thanks to Mr Gregson for his dedicated service to the Board over the last 10 years.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring to be disclosed under UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.11.
