Mark Kerswell appointed Chief Financial Officer

Centaur Media plc, (LSE: CAU, "Centaur" or "the Group"), the business information and events group, has appointed Mark Kerswell Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, following the resignation of Mike Lally. Mark has been Interim Group Finance Director since 13 June 2011 when Mike went on extended sick leave. Previously Mark served as Deputy Group Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer of Informa plc.

Geoff Wilmot, CEO of Centaur, said:
