Sir Philip Mawer will resign as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director on 6th February 2013.
David Christie will be appointed Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc with effect from the same date. David Christie has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2001.
The Board of Directors have agreed that Mr Michael Tripp will retire as Group Chief Executive Officer in the course of 2013 and arrangements for the appointment of his successor have been set in hand.
