The directors of Coburg Group Plc are pleased to announce that Mr. Bryan Stockley has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Bryan Alan Stockley, aged 52, has been with the Company since 2003 and is presently managing director of the Company's main operating subsidiary Coburg Coffee Company Limited. Mr. Stockley currently holds 7,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.9% of the Company's total voting rights.
