Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC:BMV) (Bluebird or The Company) a Philippine focused resource company with gold and copper interests announces that Daniel Fox-Davies has decided to step down as a non-executive director in order to focus on restarting Fox-Davies Capital. As such he will not be able to give sufficient time to Bluebird to the level required of an NED of a listed company. Daniel remains close to the company and will continue to consult and advise when needed.
The board would like to thank Daniel for his valuable council during the IPO process and during the acquisition of the Batangas Gold project and wish him well for the future.
