Robert was appointed to the Board in January 2000 as Chief Executive. Since thattime he has been responsible for the development of the Group's strategy toensure that the group remains a market leader. The Board would like to take thisopportunity to thank Robert for all his hard work and dedication to the Companyand wish him a long and successful retirement. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Thomas Wood (aged 43years) as Director of Operations with immediate effect.
