Further to the announcement on 30 June 2011, the Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Tim Weller as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, succeeding Keith Roberts, with effect from today. As previously announced, Mr Roberts will retire from the group with effect from 31 December 2011.
