Directorate Change

The Company announces that David Gray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today given notice of his intention to resign from the board of directors of the Company, with effect from 30 April, 2015.

The Board would like to thank David for his contribution and wise counsel during his almost 6 years' involvement with the Company and wishes him well for the future.

The process of identifying a suitable candidate to replace David will commence shortly.
