Ashley House plc, the housing and health property partner announces the following Board change.

Non-executive Director, John Moy has confirmed his retirement from the Board of Ashley House with effect from the end of June 2018. John will remain as a strategic adviser to the Company.

Christopher Lyons, Chairman of Ashley House said "John leaves with our sincere thanks for the invaluable support and advice he has provided to the Company as a Board member over the last three and a half years. We are pleased that John has agreed to continue to support the Company as an adviser."
